Delivering added value to customers

Everything we do is centred on maximising added value to customer organisations.

Whether you need industrial fastener products today or in six months, we are committed to achieving the optimal balance of speed, quality and value.

Our account managers are supported by technical specialists in quality assurance, sourcing and logistics. Our team members collaborate as required, to solve complex challenges and maintain consistent service levels supplying industrial fasteners when and where you need them.

Whether dispatching orders in small quantities or in bulk, we partner with trusted logistic firms to deliver shipments within accelerated timescales. For industrial fasteners we carry in stock, we can typically ensure delivery to U.K. mainland within 24 hours.

Approximately one third of our sales relate to customers based outside of the U.K. As such, we have extensive experience in managing cross-border logistical issues to ensure your product arrives to agreed timescales and with full transparency.

Values

We are values-driven and committed to continuous improvement.

1

Our ESG promise

Our pursuit of positive societal impact is integral to our strategic plans and business operations.

Reducing the cost & risk in supply chains.

We believe in inclusive supply chains which provide opportunities for a broader range of individuals and companies. These networks make us and our clients more resilient and cost effective because we are less dependent on a few suppliers and distributors, while products can be sourced closer to end markets.

Attracting & retaining talent from our communities.

We are committed to maintaining an energised workforce through attracting, engaging, and developing local talent. Spanning youthful apprentices through to experienced account managers, we believe in continuous development and knowledge transfer.

Driving purposeful innovation.

We work with engineering teams within our customers to identify new product features and attributes that can provide societal benefits. From increasing product longevity to minimising waste, we believe creative design and procurement can deliver incremental but lasting impact.

2

Productivity

We are committed to eliminating structures and processes that consume valuable time and prevent our people from getting things done.

Utilising technology to deliver for customers

Through utilising technology and aligning our operating model with the true sources of value, we fight bureaucracy and create ways of working that allow our team members to focus their time on delivering for customers.
In other words, we strive to align our firm’s purpose with the abilities of each individual within our teams.

Results

This alignment fosters a culture of efficiency, innovation, and ultimately, superior customer satisfaction.

3

Compliance

Adherence to industry standards is fundamental to our ethos. It signifies our unwavering dedication to quality assurance, legal compliance, and risk mitigation, ensuring that our products or services meet or exceed established benchmarks for excellence.

Compliance with leading industry standards

Underpinning our values is a commitment to sustainability and risk management. Our dedicated team is responsible for maintaining our compliance with Ecovardis standards and ISO 9001, while delivering our journey to ISO 14001 compliance in 2024.
